Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Can't access your account?
Email us at
support@hotpicksports.com with the subject line
"Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your name and email address
- Your Poolie Name
- Your profile photo
- Your push notification tokens
What Is Retained
- Picks and scores in anonymized form
- SmackTalk messages in anonymized form
Anonymized data preserves the integrity of pool leaderboards and historical records. It cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
