Good to Know
Does this auto-renew?

No. HotPick is not a subscription. You pay once for a season and that's it. When the season ends, your access expires. A new purchase is required for the next season or sport. Nothing charges automatically.

Do my players have to pay?

Never. Members of any pool, paid or free, always play for free. The organizer pays. Everyone else just plays.

What counts as a "player"?

The number of participants who join your pool. Player count is measured at the time of purchase. If your pool grows past a tier threshold after purchase, you stay at your purchased tier for that season.

Can I get a refund?

Before the season starts: full refund, no questions asked. After the season starts: no refunds. Contact [email protected] for any billing questions.

What happens if I don't renew?

Your paid organizer features turn off at season end. If your pool is within the free tier (1–10 players), it continues normally. Larger pools move to read-only. Everyone can still see the history, scores, and leaderboard.

Do my scores from last season carry over?

Yes. This is one of HotPick's core features: pool-independent scoring. Your picks and scores live at your account level, not inside any single pool. Your record is yours. It follows you across pools, sports, and seasons.

What seasons are currently available?

NFL Season 2026 (September 2026 to February 2027) is the active season. Future seasons and sports, including NHL Playoffs, EPL, Women's World Cup, and MLB Playoffs, are on the roadmap. Season dates are posted at hotpicksports.com/seasons.

Is HotPick gambling?

No. HotPick is a game of skill and prediction. No real money is wagered between users. Points have no monetary value. HotPick is designed to be brand-safe for workplaces, schools, and family groups.

Pricing is per-event and does not automatically renew. Organizer Access is valid for one sport and one season only. Current pricing is subject to change; prices at time of purchase are honored for the purchased season. White Label partnerships are governed by a separate White Label Partner Agreement.
